Created by Colette Portelance in 1989, the Creative Non-Directive Approach(TM) is a relational, professional, affective approach. It promotes the development of self love, self-respect, and self-confidence through the support of the client by the Helping Relations Therapist(TM).
Centred on the client and the therapist, the CNDA(TM) focusses on the relational process in the here and now. According to our approach, the greatest suffering of the human being arises from his or her past and present relational shortcomings. Through the CNDA(TM) and the support of the client by the Helping Relations Therapist(TM), these sufferings are transformed into well-being, thanks to prolonged experience of deep and authentic relationships, thus allowing the client to learn to live in relationship, to be in satisfying relationships and to transfer his or her achievements into his or her emotional relationships.
I have always been fascinated by human relationships. Inhabited by my desire to work on myself, I enrolled in the training of the Centre de relation d’aide de Montréal (CRAM). Through this training, I learned to accept myself, to live freedom in my emotional relationships, and to find a healthy and satisfying life balance. I would like to share these achievements with you!
I am recognized for my ability to be in relationship, my authentic empathy and my warm manner. I offer you a safe setting where you can give yourself space and importance and freely express what you feel. I am here to listen to you, to support you and to accompany you, whether in French, English or Arabic.
